Many of our products (especially ones that are personalized) are delicate and contain embellishments. We recommend treating with extreme care. All of our items can be spot cleaned. Items that do not contain personalization can be hand washed and/or sent to the dry cleaner.
Our products are all designed in house. We have our designs custom made manufactured, and then imported. We personalize all pieces, in house, by hand.
What size should I order?
Each product has its own sizing chart. Please see individual product pages for sizing charts and details.
Do I have to order with personalization?
Of course not! While so many of our customers love to order their pieces personalized, you can absolutely simply order the garment.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read all product details prior to purchasing.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking # via email haven't received? check spam). Please note tracking can take up to 48 hrs to update. We can never guarantee a delivery date and cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping services. We appreciate your patience & understanding as we work to get you your parcels as quickly as possible.
My order was marked as delivered but I have not received. What should I do?
Sometimes a package will be marked as "delivered" prematurely. Please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it.
When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.

Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.
