What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Please read all product info and ordering details to ensure you place order properly.

Help! I entered the wrong personalization info.
Please email us immediately. If your order has begun being processed, we will unfortunately not be able to alter it. However, if we have not processed your order, we are happy to make personalization updates to it. Please note that we do not issue cancellations or refunds due to buyer error.

What if I receive a defective item?
Oh no! We are so sorry about that! Please contact our support team if you receive any item that is defective customerservice@thebrodiebride.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. In order to replace defective products we will need to be emailed photos of the faulty item.
